In December 2018, support for residential schemes is feasible throughout the country and we are able to introduce lenders who will welcome attractive projects.
As an example at 90% finance the loan facility will most likely cover all of the build costs, professional fees, interest roll up and the majority of site costs. The size of deal covered is
normally in the range of £250,000 to £10m and figures up to £20m can be considered. Recent financings include an £0.5m bridging loan on a newly finished property, a £2.0m development loan in support
of a 5 house project, a £2.8m loan for a number of "over 55's" homes and £11.4m for a large apartment building.
All developers and builders using company names/SPV's and LLP's are most welcome to contact us and to discuss the financing of any prospective scheme. There is no cost in doing this or in
receiving a quote indicating anticipated loan terms. We are usually able to provide indicative finance terms within 2 or 3 days of receiving the project details.
As broker we do not charge any up front fee, nor do we seek a fee in the event we are unable to secure the required funding. Our fee is often included within the lender's fee structure and is
always transparent and openly advised.
